Beginners Gentle Hatha Yoga
Open to all ages/levels of fitness. Enjoy gentle yoga poses that focus on breathing and stretching. Classes include a relaxation.

Mother & Baby Yoga

Open mothers including beginners and babies (not yet walking). Enjoy an informal yoga class that’s gentle and slow in order to accommodate the effects of your recent pregnancy. There is absolutely no pressure or expectation for your baby to "behave"! Throughout the class feel free to feed or soothe your baby and rejoin when ready. Enjoy gentle yoga poses, modified to include baby and a 5 minute relaxation. Duration 1 hour.

Forrest Yoga - Improvers Level 1

For students familiar with sun salutation; Forrest Yoga uses heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to build strength and flexibility.

Forrest Yoga focuses on breath, strength, integrity & spirit. It uses heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to sweat out toxins while the long holds in the pose progressions help you flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell.

Prenatal Yoga (14+ weeks pregnant)

Gentle and safe prenatal yoga open to all levels offers mothers a refuge of peace and inspiration to celebrate their bodies and babies throughout pregnancy. Classes focus on breathing, gentle stretching and include a generous relaxation to totally let go.
