Pilates - Beginners
For those who are new to Pilates, rehabilitating an injury or returning after a long break. Learn the fundamental movements with the emphasis on technique. Incorporating strength, mobility and stretching movements.

Pilates - Improvers & Mixed Level
For those who have completed at least one beginners course. A faster paced, flowing class. Incorporating strength, mobility and stretching movements. Improvers can work at their own pace and movements can be modified with lots of options.

Hatha Yoga - Beginners & Mixed Abilities
Open to all ages/levels of fitness. Enjoy gentle yoga poses that focus on breathing and stretching. Classes include a relaxation.

Mother & Baby Yoga

Open mothers including beginners and babies (not yet walking). Enjoy an informal yoga class with your baby while you regain strength and flexibility with gentle yoga to accommodate the effects of your recent pregnancy. Throughout the class feel free to feed or soothe your baby and rejoin when ready. Enjoy gentle yoga poses, modified to include baby allowing you to bond in a shared fun activity and make friends with other Mams. Duration 1 hour.

Forrest Yoga - Beginners

Forrest Yoga focuses on breath, strength, integrity & spirit. A hot class for beginners using yoga pose sequences to go deeper and build strength.

Forrest Yoga - Improvers Level 2 & 3

For students familiar with sun salutation; Forrest Yoga uses heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to build strength and flexibility.

Prenatal Yoga (14+ weeks pregnant)

Gentle and safe prenatal yoga open to all levels offers a refuge of peace and inspiration to celebrate your bodiy and baby throughout pregnancy. Classes focus on breathing, gentle stretching and include a generous relaxation to totally let go.

Yoga For Teens

Helps build strength, flexibility, balance, poise and confidence in both body and mind and is a cool way to relax and unwind after school - especially if exams are looming. Yoga allows teenagers to channel some of the energy generated during puberty to blossom into healthy and well balanced men and women with strong bodies, clear minds and pure hearts.

Yoga For Children

Yoga postures help children to maintain natural flexibility and mobility in addition to strengthening their immune system and improving concentration. Classes take 30 minutes and offer an opportunity for children to express creativity and individuality in a non-competitive and safe environment.

YogaBugs is for 4-7½ year old children. The class is based around an adventure story incorporating a mix of postures that allow children enjoy the benefits of yoga in a fun and imaginative way.

YogaKids
is for 8-12½ year old - boys and girls. Students practise meditation, breathing and yoga postures in an enjoyable way for overall balance, strength, concentration and to promote self-confidence.
