Ger has also assisted Ana Forrest on her European workshops and hosted Ana in her first ever Irish Forrest Yoga workshops in January 2011.
Guest teachers also teach at the studio with regular classes by Patricia O’Connor and Dagmar Khan.
The aim of Breathing Place Yoga is to offer specialist private and group yoga classes in Clane that allow students to develop their practice in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Classes cater to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students.
Hatha and Forrest style classes open to men and women; involve stretching, breathing, strengthening and relaxation. Regular practice helps increase energy, fitness and releases tension to feel more calm and grounded.
The studio is a peaceful haven with natural light and wooden floor to practice and learn including a small Yoga Boutique with yoga inspired gifts, music CDs and quality yoga equipment.
Breathing Place Yoga offers classes for Beginners, Improvers, Mum & Baby, Children, Teens and Pregnancy. Yoga is open to everyone.
